MARKETING
My first degree was a Bachelor of Advertising, where I learnt several marketing strategies, as well as becoming proficient in graphic design software, such as the Adobe Suite. I worked as a Senior Copywriter in the advertising agency Pagés BBDO, where my team and I developed dozens of marketing campaigns. I also worked a a volunteer for two NGOs, helping them develop several campaign pieces, including the local TckTckTck campaign for Oxfam.

SWIM ACROSS THE CONTINENTS
I worked as the copywriter for the Swim Across the Continents campaign, which saw renowned Dominican swimmer Marcos Diaz swimming between five continents for the Millennium Development Goals. Our campaign won multiple awards in advertising festivals. At Festival Caribe in Panama, Swim Across the Continents won a total of six awards including two Grand Prix and three Golds. Grand Prix were also presented in the categories of Internet and Best Campaign. It also received Golds in the Field Marketing, Internet and Campaign categories. Then, at Festival Volcan, Swim Across the Continents won another Grand Prix, placing Pagés BBDO as a PR agency of the year.
FUNDEMAR
I volunteered with Fundemar for a little over a year, helping the organisation with advertising, promotion, graphic design and social media management. Fundemar is dedicated to promoting the sustainable use of marine ecosystems and coastal resources through research, education, and support and development of conservation projects. VIDA AZUL
I volunteered with the organisation Vida Azul, which promotes conserving the environment and coastal resources through activities that impact people's conscious and that foster the environmental education of future generations in Dominican Republic. I was involved in beach cleanups with Vida Azul and also helped develop several of their campaign pieces and reports. For example, their annual report, which can be accessed via the below button.
